I have over 10 years of experience in mental health counseling, mostly in community mental health. My therapeutic approach is empathetic, client-focused, and grounded in evidence-based practices like Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I am EMDR-trained and working towards certification.

Is not always straightforward, easy, or completed in the perfect timeframe. And you may feel worse before you start to feel better, but if you are willing to allow me to help you unpack your burdens, then the work will feel lighter. We will work collaboratively to develop goals that will help you move forward and track progress.
What to expect…
I offer a free 15-minute consultation, where you can share what your primary struggle is, discuss how I may help, and next steps. If you want to move forward, I will complete an assessment and we will develop goals collaboratively. I only offer telehealth appointments.
